One of my most important and fun jobs is choosing products to bring into the shop. When looking for new items and vendors to work with there are a lot of things I like to consider, like is this a product I or my kids would use or want to display in my home? Will my customers find this special, funny, useful, or just make them smile? Is it something they absolutely do not need but will not be able to live another day without? But one of the most impressive things is a brand with a mission that also gives back a little (or a lot), and that I can't resist. In the state of the current world, it's important to remember that it holds weight where we choose to spend our money and that even in small ways these choices can make an impact.
Here at The Little Apple, we have multiple product lines from incredible brands that function with a purpose and/or donate a portion of their sales to causes that make an impact by shedding a little light into the world and make things a little brighter for us all. It feels great to buy a product you love, and it feels even better to know that you're helping a good cause in the process.
